A dedicated Transport Manager at the helm of each main branch orchestrates the department’s operations, from route planning and staff recruitment to overseeing the daily transit. Their expertise ensures that efficiency and safety are synchronised in every journey.
Experienced and Caring Staff
Our transport staff, long-standing Bethany employees, benefit from the full spectrum of our employee welfare provisions, including ESI, PF, and loan facilities. Every bus driver is supported by a male and a female assistant, all of whom are selected through rigorous background checks and police verification. Their fitness for duty is regularly affirmed through annual medical exams, including vision and blood sugar tests, and daily breathalyser screenings.
Continuous Education and Monitoring
In collaboration with the traffic police department, we conduct quarterly workshops to keep our transport staff up-to-date with the latest road safety protocols. Supervisory staff frequently join the bus routes to ensure all standards are consistently met.
Safety in Seating
