- Qualified & Experienced – All core-subject teachers hold a B.Ed. and a minimum of three years’ classroom experience; ISC faculty members are post-graduates in their disciplines.

Specialised Support – In-house counsellors special educators at the Resource Centre and the LEAP* educators work in tandem with classroom teachers to personalise learning plans for students who need an extra boost (Learning Enrichment Achievement Programme).

Our non-teaching team looks after transport logistics, campus hygiene, safety drills and nutritious meals. Many have risen through the ranks—from bus monitors to lab assistants or even trainee teachers—thanks to Bethany’s emphasis on upskilling and internal promotions.
Staff describe Bethany as a “second family.” Regular wellness sessions, an open-door leadership policy and annual team-building retreats result in an employee-retention rate below 3 percent. More than fifty faculty members have served for two decades or longer, offering students a rare continuity of mentorship.
Collaboration & Celebration
Monthly cross-department forums spark new lesson ideas, while the beloved Staff Social or Informals, an after-hours variety show hosted by rotating departments, keeps camaraderie high. Teachers also coach clubs, choir sections and sports squads, modelling the balance of academics and passions that Bethany hopes every student will achieve.
