Howard Gardner's theory of multiple intelligences reminds us that every child brings a unique mix of strengths — and Bethany's students are living proof.

Howard Gardner, an American developmental psychologist, popularised the theory of multiple intelligences: the idea that intelligence isn't a single number but a mix of abilities — linguistic, musical, spatial, kinesthetic, interpersonal and more — present in different combinations in every child.

At Bethany, that philosophy shapes how we look at achievement. Alongside academic milestones, students shine in music, dance, sports, public speaking, quizzing, coding and community work.

This post celebrates a handful of those multitalented students — young learners who move comfortably between the classroom and the stage, the science lab and the sports field, showing what a well-rounded school life can look like.
