OUR MISSION: “If I cannot learn the way you teach, can you teach me the way I can learn?"

The ‘ ENABLERS ‘ at the Learning Lab endeavor to teach the children the way they can learn. The Learning Lab provides the children with a space that is free from boundaries and expectations. Thus, here the children are able to freely explore their strengths and work on their weaknesses. The ‘Enablers’ appreciate their efforts and not the results that they come out with, thereby instilling confidence and providing motivation perform to the best of their abilities. Here, the children work on the premise that: “It’s okay to not know, but it’s not okay to not try.”
Children are encouraged to try hard without worrying about the mistakes. They are taught to use their mistakes as stepping stones to success. We realize that every child is unique and has specific needs. We strive to cater to these specific needs of every child and enable him to empower himself in his classroom. We also evaluate the child’s performance based on his abilities and efforts. We stand by Albert Einstein’s words- “Everybody is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid.”
